Bellamy Mansion Museum invites community to DREAMS art exhibition

WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – The Bellamy Mansion Museum is inviting the community to the “Identity” art exhibition by DREAMS students in Wilmington from Feb. 7 to March 23.

The show will be available for viewing for free during regular museum hours seven days a week from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

“DREAMS of Wilmington is a youth development organization that is dedicated to creating a culture of confidence for youth and teens,” a Bellamy Mansion Museum announcement states.

An artists’ reception will be held on Friday, Feb. 23, from 6 to 8 p.m.

To get access to the exhibition, stop by the Carriage House Visitor Center for free admission.

“We are thrilled to have DREAMS artists back at the museum to display original pieces. These students have put so much time and effort into their art and the connection of the theme of identity,” said Jen Fenninger, Director of Education.
